Applicant Approval Criteria

​

• Rental History:

  • No evictions in the past 5 years

  • No outstanding account balances (rent or damage related)

  • Good references from at least 2 previous landlords

     

• Income/Credit Requirements:

  • No NSF funds in the past 1 year

  • Minimum 6 months verifiable income (pay stub may be required)

  • Employed at current job or similar line of work a minimum of 6 months

  • Rent must be less than 50% gross income

• General Requirements:

  • No pets allowed for all multi-family residences

  • For all single-family residences, pets approved on a case-by-case basis. No more than 2 pets and pets must be at least 1 year old (monthly fee applies)

  • Only complete, accurate, and truthful applications accepted.
